Last Show for the Year

Just making the final touches for the last show of th year, Papercrafts Festival http://papercraftsfestival.com.au Should be a great show, I am conducting a christmas workshop, making an ornament and a card. Everything is packed and ready to go, Thursday is set up day and it takes a bit of time to get things right on the stand. I know I will see lots of familiar faces, as many have told me they are coming.
We will be having Azza Sedrak on our stand demonstrating and playing with our product.

Brisbane Craft Show

Well another show over, met lots of lovely ladies and had some fun too!! Angella Peardon was our demonstrator for the show and what a lovely lady she is, thanks Angella. The other picture is of Angella, me and the lovely girls from Flourish with a Bling, Lucy and Maggie, who stopped in for a chat, a photo and a druel over our new designs, thanks ladies.
Shows are always hard work and the reward is meeting our lovely customers and their support, thank you Brisbane. Last show of the year coming up and then rest and revive for next year.
Don't forget less than 2 weeks till the Design Team Call is up, choosing is not going to be easy some lovely applicantions already and I know still more to come, don't forget to get your applications in ladies, we intend to have fun.

Scrapmatts is looking for some talented artists that can showcase our unique chipboard range. If you love chipboard and use it on layouts, cards mixed media or Off the Page, then Scrapmatts is just right for you.

If you would like to apply, email us at shop@scrapmatts.com applications will close on the 7th November, 2010.

Please include - A brief profile about yourself and why you would be an asset to Scrapmatts. Include any design team memberships and a link to your blog.

Submit 3 items that best represent your skills, include a layout, a card, a mixed media or Off the Page.

All entries must utilise chipboard, using ours is even better.

The term is for 6 months. You must have a personal blog adn be able to promote our product on

your blog.

Create 1-2 projects per month, layout, card, mixed media or Off the

Page.

Post and interact with other blog members on the Scrapmatts blog on

a regular basis.

What will you receive. Monthly product to use on your monthly projects. A discount on any purchases you wish to make on Scrapmatts.com

New Designs

Have just uploaded some juicy new designs for October, I know I am early, but I couldn't wait. Christmas is my favourite time of the year and I am still enjoying the festive season.
Lots and lots of reindeer this year, they are so elegant elegant on cards.
Hoping to put up more creations soon, am going to play some more...

Well what a month, show after show, no time left for me. I have just uploaded all the new designs for September, so go along to Scrapmatts.com and enjoy all the new releases.

Had a fantastic time at Paperific in Melbourne last weekend, sat and talked to many of our customers and fans, who enjoy using our product.

Time has flown...

It has been a while since I have blogged. Have just had 3 shows in 3 weeks and we are both tired...But not time for that, need to create new designs. All the customers loved the designs and we just can't wait for Paperific in Melbourne, great show and I have lots of fun with the customers...Bye for now, Sof

Workshops in Wodonga

Well Wodonga was great. Meet lots of lovely ladies, who just loved Scrapmatts. I ran a workshop daily making 3 cards and the girls were great and very creative. It was great and a real buzz to have people enjoy making your designs. The cards were all so different and colourful.
I will be in Wagga Wagga in 2 weeks doing the same workshops and introducing Scrapmatts to new ladies.
